This year has been a tough one for all of us. The months of lockdown and loss have had a huge impact on our mental health. Prioritizing mental health has never been more important than it is now due to Covid-19.So this year, we want to bring everyone together to mark World Mental Health Day on 10th October. Making positive change can seem so hard, especially during uncertain times. And sometimes, it can be hard to know where to start. Whether you want to take the first steps towards getting some help or learn more about helping those around you, our support and our online counseling will get you started.
