The Management of Kinnaird College believes that the most essential source that any higher education institution has is its faculty members who impart knowledge and skills to students effectively. The Department of Education planned a faculty development program for new appointees. This program would facilitate the faculty to improve their teaching skills, design improved curricula, and enhance the organizational climate for education.
