In pursuance of the instructions by the Government of Pakistan and guidelines issued by the HEC for gradual reopening of HEIs from September 15, 2020 the academic council has approved following phase-wise schedule for reopening of the college:
Phase I (From September 15, 2020)
- Orientation of newly admitted students of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs will be held in small groups on September 14, 2020 (detailed schedule will be issued in a separate notice). New students will get their credentials to use CMS portal and MS Teams.
- Classes of all M.Phil programs will be held on campus w.e.f. September 15, 2020
- M.Phil students will also be allowed to do their research work / lab work subject to the approval of the supervisor / HoD w.e.f. September 15, 2020.
- Classes of following BSc programs (all semesters) will be held on campus w.e.f. September 15, 2020.
- B.Sc Computer Sciences
- BFA – Fine Arts
- Hostel will be open for the students of above programs w.e.f. September 13, 2020
- Classes of all other undergraduate programs (all semesters) will be held online.
Phase II (From October 05, 2020)
- Classes of all other undergraduate programs will be held on campus
- Hostel will also open for students of these programs
Phase III (From October 12, 2020)
- Classes of all Intermediate Part-II will start on campus
- Hostel will also open for students of Intermediate Part-II
Phase IV (From October 19, 2020)
- Classes of all Intermediate Part-I will start on campus
- Hostel will also open for students of Intermediate Part-I
